chaulk it up to a fluke, do the dremel method, and put a known good used injector in there. It would take you an hour and cost 30 bucks. OTHERWISE - with respect to rebuilds. I think this is one of those areas where the overwhelming response is going to be to get new injectors. Yes the price sucks, but I think that the comfort in not having rebuilt injectors is worth it.
